Yes. Our branded grip socks are required for all children on the play floor. No outside grip socks are permitted. Branded grip socks are available for purchase on-site, and members receive a complimentary pair when they sign up.
No. At least one caregiver must remain with their child(ren) at all times.

No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the facility. Birthday cake is the only exception for party bookings.

Members who no-call/no-show for open play sessions will receive a warning. After two no-call/no-shows, membership will be subject to cancellation. See the full member attendance policy.
Yes. We offer Monthly ($80/mo) and Annual ($800/yr) memberships, plus a Family Membership ($200/mo or $2,000/yr) for families with 3 or more children. All memberships include unlimited play, 10% off parties, boutique, classes, and cafe items, branded grip socks upon signing up, a free birthday item during the child’s birthday month, and periodic members-only play sessions.
